How to follow your order
A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we dispatch your order. Use this link to follow your order.
Delivery time
Your goods will be dispatched within 1-2 workdays after you have placed your order. You will then receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery status
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quick as possible. The latest 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods and public holidays.

Returns
If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 10 days after having received your purchase. To return an order please contact support@arte-antwerp.com and await our return confirmation and shipping details. When received, you can return your order by the following procedure:
